With a remarkable track record of over 20 years in diverse sectors such as Technology, Retail, Telecommunications, Recruitment, Consulting, and Not-For-Profit organisations, Rebecca possesses extensive expertise in Human Resource Management, Employment Law, and Learning and Development.

Throughout her career, Rebecca has held key roles in national, global, and multinational organisations, where she has successfully developed and implemented HR strategies, led Learning and Development initiatives, facilitated People Management and Leadership Development programs, conducted Career Coaching, and facilitated Student and Graduate Development programs, among other responsibilities. Her qualifications, experience, and professionalism have earned her high regard and respect within the industry.
